This Privacy Policy explains what information NGFINITY collects when you use our website, how that information is used, and the choices and rights available to you. We wrote it to reflect what NGFINITY actually does — not a generic list of practices that do not apply to us.
NGFINITY does not require you to create an account, and you do not need to give us your name, email address, or any personal details to use the height comparison tool, the Height Calculator, the Unit Conversion page, or the Quick Reference page. The sections below describe the limited data that is collected, mainly through analytics and the optional AI image feature, and through advertising once it is enabled on the Website.
The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Privacy Policy) refers to NGFINITY.
Cookies are small files that may be placed on Your Device by a website, or by a third party such as Google, to store information such as Your browsing activity or advertising identifiers.

Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.
Local Storage refers to information a website saves directly in Your browser (rather than in a cookie), which stays on Your Device until You clear it and is not automatically sent to Us.

Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the pages You visit or the duration of a visit).

Contact requests. If You email Us or use the Contact page, We receive Your email address and whatever You write to Us. We use this only to respond to You.
Custom Image Uploads. When You use "Upload Image" in the Custom Image tool, the picture is read and displayed directly in Your own browser. It is not uploaded to Our servers. If You choose to Share a chart that includes an uploaded image, that image becomes part of the share link itself, and anyone who opens that link will be able to see it.
AI Image Prompts. When You use "Create AI Image," the text You type is sent to Pollinations AI, a third-party image-generation service, to create the picture, and is also intended to be checked by a content-moderation service before the image is generated. If the primary image host cannot be reached, the image may instead be loaded through wsrv.nl, a third-party image proxy. Please do not include personal information about Yourself or others in an AI prompt.
Like most websites, We use Google Analytics to understand how the Website is used. Google Analytics may automatically collect Your approximate location, IP address, browser and device type, the pages You visit, and the time and date of Your visit. This data is processed by Google on Our behalf; You can read Google’s own explanation of this in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and in Google’s Privacy Policy.
To make the Website easier to use, Your browser stores Your chosen unit system, theme, grid style, background, zoom settings, and current comparison lineup using Local Storage. This information stays on Your Device, is never transmitted to Our servers, and is removed if You clear Your browser’s site data.
NGFINITY itself does not set login or account cookies, since the Website does not have accounts. However, third-party services We use may set cookies or similar technologies on Your Device:

NGFINITY uses, or intends to use, Google AdSense to display advertisements that help support the Website. Google, as a third-party vendor, and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on Your prior visits to this and other websites.
We do not choose which specific ads are shown to You, and We do not receive Your name or contact details from Google’s advertising services.

Under the CCPA/CPRA, You have the right to know what personal information is collected about You, to request deletion or correction of it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, which can include the use of advertising cookies for personalized ads. NGFINITY is a general-audience website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in Your country). Visitors in the EEA or UK under the age of 16 should have a parent or guardian’s permission before agreeing to any consent-based processing, such as analytics or advertising cookies. If You believe a child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us so We can remove it.
NGFINITY is operated from Vietnam, and the third-party services described above (such as Google) may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required by law, We and Our providers take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information described above, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.
