The height comparison tool, visual scale calculations, and the Height Calculator's growth and future-height predictions provided on the Service are intended solely for general estimation, visual interest, and entertainment purposes. While We strive to maintain accurate scale conversions and calculations, these tools are not medical, scientific, architectural, engineering, or legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. The Height Calculator's predictions are statistical estimates only and cannot account for every factor that influences a child's growth. If You have questions or concerns about a child's growth or development, please consult a pediatrician or other qualified healthcare professional.
Certain features of the Service, such as Custom Image uploads and the AI image generator, allow You to provide or create images using text prompts. You represent that You own or have the necessary rights to any image You upload, and that neither Your uploaded images nor Your AI prompts will depict or request content that is illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, infringing of a third party's intellectual property, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Automated safety checks on AI-generated content are provided on a best-efforts basis and are not guaranteed to catch every violation. We reserve the right, but do not assume an obligation, to remove any content or restrict access to the Service for anyone who violates this section.
You also agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping, reverse engineering the tool's data, or attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
